Manage and keep track of orders in one place
We provide a comprehensive yet easy-to-use Order Management system that allows you to receive and manage orders from your website, or create orders manually for telephone or walk-in customers. We support a range of order methods including:
Account Orders – for customers who pay on Invoice. Keep track of their orders and automatically invoice them once order fulfilment is complete
Prepaid Orders – too busy in the shop to type an order – no problem! You can still take the customers payment and write the order details down for entry into the system when its quieter
To Pay Orders – do you have customers who pay on collection – if so we support this simple feature
Relay Order – can’t fulfil an order due to limited stock, or the delivery is too far? Why not relay the order to another business
Our order form is designed to be simple and quick to use. You can access it from the back-office login on your PC/Mac, or use the POS.
Use the automatic address finder to populate delivery addresses accurately and fast
Add discounts and delivery charges to your order
Send a professional looking order confirmation to your customers
Add attachments to your orders – e.g. promotional vouchers to increase sales
